As with awarding bodies and qualifications, you have complete flexibility to create your own training plans, tailored to your business. The system automatically reports against an allocated plan, identifying any shortfalls via the traffic light graphics.

Unlimited administrators
You may have more than one person administrating your training records.
We have a neat feature allowing the main account holder to award administration rights.
Administrators can add, edit, share and delete records.
They can also add awarding bodies, qualifications and training plans.
Differentiate between contractors and employees
Its quite normal for businesses to engage contractors alongside employees.
Training records can be created in the same way as you would an employee, but with the ability to differentiate between employment status – another helpful feature.
FAQ’s
How do I cancel?
During the month’s free trial period, you may cancel without giving notice.
Businesses using the free tier (i.e. 10 or less personnel records) may cancel their account at any time without giving notice.
Businesses on a paid subscription plan must provide 21 days’ written notice (taking effect at the end of the payment period during which the notice period ends).
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time.
How much does it cost?

How many records can I store?
The number of personnel records you can manage depends on your current subscription tier.
An individual is leaving my business, can I delete their records?
Yes, you can delete individual personnel records at any time.
Can I personalise the site with our business branding?
Yes, there is facility for you to upload your business logo.
Can individuals edit their own training records?
As a general rule no, however, the main account holder can award administrator rights to anyone they choose.
Is a backup taken of our data?
Yes, backups are taken every 24 hours.
Where is the site hosted?
The site is hosted in the UK.
Do you share my data?
Personal data is not shared with any third parties. We may share usage data with Google for the purposes of making our software better.
